Starting from the 2023-24 season, the Apple Valley Hockey Association and the Burnsville Hockey Club have merged to form a unified establishment: the Apple Valley Burnsville Hockey Association (AVBHA).

Our dedication to providing top-notch hockey experiences for the youth in our community remains stronger than ever.

2026 Board Member Application

Every year our board turns and we elect 5 new members (or re-elect). The application process will open Wednesday January 14th and will close Sunday February 8th. The AVBHA board will review and approve applicants at the February Board Meeting. AVBHA members will receive 1 vote per family and new board members will be announced at the March Board meeting to begin working at the start of the fiscal year and will be introduced at the April Board Meeting.

AVBHA MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Apple Valley Burnsville Hockey Association is to create a fun, fair, and safe hockey environment that develops respect for others, self-confidence, leadership, competitiveness, and teamwork in our student-athletes.

We will strive to provide the best competition at all levels while maintaining the highest degree of sportsmanship.
